Placing an Order

To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button below each item. You can then ‘check out’ or ‘continue shopping’ and adding products to your cart. You may create an account within Checkout that will store your personal information (ie. name, email and billing/shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you need to do is log into your account.

Any additional comments may be sent to us thru the Contact Us page or in the Comments block near the end of the checking out process.

Worship Woodworks, Inc. operates a secure data network protected by an industry standard firewall and password protection system. Our security and privacy policy is periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. Only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.

Shipping Information

UPS Ground shipping is automatically added to the order. All other methods of shipping will be computed by Worship Woodworks at the time of shipping, considering factors such as shipping method requested, the requested delivery date, and weight of package.
Shipping charges outside of the contiguous US will be figured using the most efficient delivery method possible, and the customer contacted by email or telephone with the amount prior to actual shipping.

RUSH orders - we do not encourage 'rush' orders, but if the needed item is in stock, we will try to fill the request, within a reasonable length of time. Generally, 2 weeks or less is considered a "Rush". An additional $15.00 shipping and handling charge will be added. A "rush" request on whole sessions or multiple items is not possible. Please indicate in the Comments section which item is a "rush" and the date needed.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible. You may receive your order in multiple shipments. We recycle packing materials, donated by individuals and businesses in our area.

Books will be shipped immediately and are not returnable. International orders are welcome. Please email for estimated shipping cost. See Shipping Information.

Damage Claims

All shipments received in a visibly damaged condition MUST be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt. Also, damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. You must keep the boxes that your order was shipped in for inspection of damages.
Please note that all shipments are carefully packaged, and damages due to shipping are very rare!

Returns and Refunds

All received shipments should be checked immediately for accuracy and approval. If an item is found to be unsatisfactory, Worship Woodworks, Inc. should be notified within 30 days of receipt to make arrangements for return and replacement or for a credit refund to your account, less the original shipping.

There will be no returns or credit given after 30 days.

Any returned item, by customer choice, must be clean and in an unused and undamaged condition as deemed by Worship Woodworks.
Items should be packed for return in a suitable manner and shipped at the customer’s expense.

Worship Woodworks must be notified prior to return, for shipping instructions. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the allowed credit. All orders are double checked before shipping to ensure that the correct items are included. However, if we make a mistake on your order, Worship Woodworks, Inc, should be notified within 30 days of receipt, and arrangements will be made for the return and replacement of the unsatisfactory product, at our expense. However, after 30 days, materials are considered "replaceable at the current list price", so please check your order carefully as soon as you receive it.

Missing Items

If we have mistakenly left something out of your order, we sincerely apologize. However, after 30 days, missing items are considered "available at the current list price". Please check any included paperwork to verify the item is not on backorder then call 1-888-689-6757 or 620-622-4568 to notify us of the omission.

Sales Tax

Kansas residents without a Tax Exempt ID number will be charged Kansas Sales Tax.

All defective merchandise issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. We always have our customers best interests in mind and are very flexible, however, even though our products are quality items they do not come with performance guarantees!

Care should be taken while using products made and sold by Worship Woodworks, Inc. Some of our products have small parts and are not intended for children under the age of 5 years without adult supervision, as these small parts may represent a choking hazard. Worship Woodworks, Inc. shall not be held responsible for the supervision of or the misuse of our products.
